At Piece of Mindfulness we know that you can never be too young or too old to learn mindfulness! Although our main focus is getting mindfulness into grade schools to give children the skills they need to experience this big world thoughtfully and with resilience, people of any age can benefit from starting a mindfulness practice.

Adults in a corporate or professional setting looking for some skills to combat burnt out?

    We offer one time or repeat yoga and mindfulness classes to corporate clients. These are usually 30-45 minute long classes that can be done in your board room as you are. Low impact stretching and dynamic movement coupled with mindfulness and short meditations to refresh, reinvigorate and de-stress. $20 per person attending.
