OUR PHILOSOPHY

 

Supporting the community and our youth by providing mindfulness and yoga education to students. We have a strong belief in the effectiveness of bringing moments of mindfulness to the most important people in our lives, our children.

Our research based and practically applied curriculum will provide students with the skills they need to incorporate mindfulness into their every day lives. Our resource page aims to provide the community with printable handouts they can use at home and in the classroom.

We believe adults with their own mindfulness practice are in the best position to support youth in their continued practice of mindfulness. With this in mind we developed a program for educators and we provide yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes for grown ups 18-118. Mindfulness is accessible and can create a community-wide shift towards positive mental health.
